Application

     It can be used in polyester fibre as well as polyester cotton, polyester silk, polyester hemp, polyester wool and all kinds of mixed textile materials whitening brightening，especially can be used in low temperature dip dyeing processing.

Usage method

    1.Dip method

     dosage ：0.2 ~ 0.6% (relative dyeing Textile)
    Solubility：1：10 ~ 30
    Dyeing temperature：90 ~ 100℃
    Warm keeping time：30 ~ 60mins
    PH Value：5 ~ 11（Acidity bath better ）

    2. pad dyeing hot melt

     dosage ：1.5 ~ 4.0g/L (determined with customers test)
   Fixing temperature：170 ~ 190℃

Notes

    It should be shaked up before use， weighing accurate.If too much of the product, the white degree will decrease，yellowing，weighing less than enough，affect whiten degree.

    1, If the suspension liquid has layers， shake up.

    2, When ths water quality is weak，add certain amount scattering agent.

Packagetransportation and Storage

    10kg or 50Kg plastic bucket，or packed according to the customers requirements.

    This product is non dangerous goods， chemical Properties is stable，any transportation method can be used. In winter transportation ，avoid of freeze ， normal temperature Storage period is 6 months.
